Common questions

Do you build the software, or just advise our engineers?

Both, as separate offers. This one is build: we take the roadmap and ship working software using an operated agent fleet, with your engineers reviewing and holding merge authority. If instead you want your own team to adopt AI coding agents safely, that is Governed Agent Delivery, which installs the operating model and controls without us writing your product. Firms usually start with one and add the other once the delivery pattern is proven.

How is this different from hiring an offshore development shop?

A dev shop sells hours and its output quality tracks the individuals assigned. We sell a delivery system: a fleet of specialized agents running against written contracts and conventions, with CI evidence on every change and a human gate on merge and deploy. The practical differences are that throughput does not depend on who is staffed this month, the delivery record is auditable by default, and the context we author stays in your repository when the engagement ends.

Who owns the code, and what happens when the engagement ends?

You own the code, the repository, and the context we authored: the specs, contracts, conventions, and agent definitions. That last part matters more than it sounds, because it is what lets your team keep running the same delivery pattern after we leave. We do not retain a runtime dependency on us. Handover is an explicit phase, not a final invoice.

How do you keep AI-written code from becoming unreviewable?

Small changesets scoped to one intent, a written statement of what changed and why in every pull request, and CI as a hard gate with lint, types, tests, and build all green before a human looks at it. Tests ship in the same change as the behavior. None of that is novel, and that is the point. The failure mode in agent-assisted delivery is teams suspending normal engineering standards because a machine wrote it.

What stack do you work in?

We work in yours. Where we choose, we build on TypeScript and React, Cloudflare Workers and Deno edge functions, Supabase with PostgreSQL and row-level security, and the Model Context Protocol for agent surfaces, with GitHub Actions, Vitest, and typed contract tests carrying delivery. If your stack is different, the agent fleet and the controls port; the conventions get authored against what you already run.

Can we see how you actually work before hiring you?

Yes, our own delivery system is public. This site and its agent surfaces are built by the same fleet and governed by the same controls we would install for you: a single source of truth for product identity with a CI gate that fails on drift, a detector that flags changed source files shipping without tests, contract tests on every public surface, and proofs that agents recover their context across runs.
