Software Delivery

Build and ship your product with an operated agent fleet while your engineers keep review, merge, and release authority.

Engineering capacity delivered as a system rather than as interchangeable hours. We run specialized agents across context authoring, implementation, QA evidence, and release preflight while your engineers hold merge authority. You get working software on a predictable cadence plus delivery controls that make agent-assisted code defensible to leadership, auditors, and acquirers. When your own team adopts coding agents, we install the same standards so throughput rises without sacrificing auditability.

Who this is for

Consumer and B2B brands in regulated and fast-moving markets, including fintech, medtech, consumer, and wholesale.

Approach

  1. Assess the repository, stack, and release path for agent readiness
  2. Author context, contracts, and conventions the fleet follows
  3. Ship in reviewable increments with tests and CI evidence on every change
  4. Hand over ownership or operate the fleet on a monthly cadence

What we deliver

  • Feature and product delivery by an operated agent fleet
  • MVP and greenfield builds with production controls from day one
  • Modernization, migration, and test-coverage recovery
  • Context engineering: specs, contracts, and repo conventions
  • CI evidence, review standards, and release controls
  • Delivery operating model for teams using Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code

Common questions

Do you build the software, or only advise our engineers?

Both, as separate emphases within one delivery practice. We can take the roadmap and ship working software with your engineers reviewing and holding merge authority. We can also install the operating model and controls so your team uses coding agents safely without us writing your product. Many firms start with one path and add the other once the pattern is proven.

How is this different from a traditional development shop?

A dev shop sells hours and output quality tracks who is staffed. We sell a delivery system: specialized agents running against written contracts, with CI evidence on every change and your engineers on merge and deploy. Throughput does not depend on who is assigned this month, the delivery record is auditable by default, and the context we author stays in your repository when the engagement ends.

Who owns the code when the engagement ends?

You own the code, the repository, and the context we authored: specs, contracts, conventions, and agent definitions. That context is what lets your team keep running the same delivery pattern after we leave. We do not retain a runtime dependency on us. Handover is an explicit phase.

How do you keep agent-assisted code reviewable?

Small changesets scoped to one intent, a written statement of what changed and why in every pull request, and CI as a hard gate with lint, types, tests, and build green before review. Tests ship in the same change as the behavior. The failure mode is suspending normal engineering standards because a machine wrote the diff.

Should we let coding agents work in our repository?

Yes, once merge authority and review stay with your engineers. The risk is volume outrunning review, not bad code alone. Branch protection, required checks, a person on every merge, and a record of which changes an agent authored make the work defensible. Teams that install those controls first ship faster with agents.

Can we see how you work before hiring you?

Yes. This site and its agent surfaces are built by the same fleet and controls we install for clients: product-identity drift gates, missing-test detection, contract tests on public surfaces, and proofs that agents recover context across runs. The repository is at github.com/Mindlayers-AI.

Based in Sarasota, Florida. We work with companies anywhere in the United States and internationally; most engagements are remote.
